They had their two week check-up yesterday and all is good. Sam is up to 5lbs, 6oz (born at 5lbs, 2oz) and Ben is 5lbs, 13.5oz (born at 5lbs, 12 oz). Goal was to get back to their birth weights by the two week mark, so they nailed that one.

The Great Swaddle Break 2008
Ben and Sam simultaneously broke the bonds of their swaddles today and suddenly realized they don't like it when they're so exposed. The following picture seems to appropriately capture the boys' feelings about the situation.

The Miracle Blanket is supposed to be "Houdini" baby-proof. Or our favorite, "Swaddle Me" Ultimate Recieving Blankets were great. Carson always wanted his arms out though...which then always woke him up! :) They are way too cute! :)
They are cute!!! I just learned t-shirt/ jersey material works great for swaddling. You can buy it by the yards at the fabric store or cut up some t-shirt sheets. It's nice and stretchy plus breathable.
My babies got weighed today. baby A is 5lbs and Baby B 4.6lbs. I'm just over 32 weeks.
Can't wait to meet the little guys.
